What Counts as a DMCA Claim
If you think content on this site copies work you own or manage, you can send a takedown notice. Your claim must be about material you have real rights to.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] including all of the following:
- Your contact information (name, email, address)
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
How Long We Take to Respond
We check valid notices quickly and usually reply within 3–5 business days. We remove or block any material found to break copyright.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may remove content and restrict contributors who are the subject of repeated, valid copyright complaints.
